HKSCC and China-SCC formed Strategic Alliance

3rd July, 2015 celebrated the establishment of the China Society of Cosmetic Chemists (China-SCC). China-SCC is a professional organization in cosmetic related industries. Its participating members include chemists and technicians who are dedicated in the industries, such as R&D, manufacturing, sales and marketing and so on.

There has been a close relationship between chemists in Hong Kong and China and the technical exchanges among themselves are frequent. Aiming to promote the mutual benefits of both organizations, and uplift the technology, quality and status of China internationally in the cosmetic industry, a partnership agreement was signed between HKSCC and China-SCC.

The agreement signing ceremony was held in the “Annual General Meeting and Dinner of HKSCC 2015” on 27th November, 2015. The agreement was signed by Mr. Dicky Lo, President of HKSCC and Ms. Lisa Yuen, Secretary of China-SCC. Members of both HKSCC or China-SCC can now enjoy membership benefits offered by both societies under the agreement. The partnership would provide all members a wider platform for sharing and exchanging ideas. Members will not only connect with the cosmetic chemists all over the world, they can also participate in the international events organized by the International Federation of Societies of Cosmetic Chemists (IFSCC). This is a great opportunity for the cosmetic chemists in China to advance the technical level and promote cosmetic technology in China.
